I played a gig last night in Pasadena, Texas.

It's a suburb of Houston.

And I played in a man's house.

This man's name Kenny, Pipeses and he has put on 100 shows over the last seven years

and he's had a lot of the people that you hear on this show come play for him and he's so dedicated to

having people play at his house that he removed a wall so that he could have a bigger

room and get more people in there and then he built a stage in his living room and then he put in

a permanent PA and I had the honor of playing the 100th show that he's put on and I started thinking

about a lot of the people that I play for all over the world.

There's a lot of people like Kenny.

There's people who put in a whole lot of effort to put on gigs that people like me and some of the folks on this show have played.

And these folks make it possible for me to make a living and be able to feed my family.

It's not often that they take money and they work very hard to try to get people to come
