Happy Monday, Father John, it's always glorious to sit with you and to have these conversations.

And we were just praying before we hit the record button.

And we were thanking God for the opportunity that we get to have every single week to talk with all of our friends

from wherever they might be. And we never take that for granted. And so we're always asking God

to bless you who listen and to bless us as we have these conversations. What a privilege.

Indeed. Thanks for letting us into your car, your living room, or wherever we might be listening.

And, you know, even as we were praying right before we hit the record button,

you and I are going to talk about something which is actually how you and I really got to know

each other, which was prayer.

And so I'm super excited about this.

What's our title?

So our title for today is putting down roots.

Putting down roots. So this is going to be fun. Let's pray. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the

Holy Spirit. Amen. Lord, we just, we thank you for the grace that it is to be able to talk about you.

We thank you that you have in your great kindness and generosity and mercy made yourself known to us,

and that every day there's more to know, more to learn, more to love.

We just ask for your Holy Spirit to descend upon us right now, to guide and animate this conversation,
