Hi, everyone. I hope you had a wonderful week. This week has been a lot. It's another hurricane hit

the United States. This is the second in two weeks. My heart goes out to everyone that's been

affected by all of these. I feel very fortunate that my family's home in Naples is, you know,

pretty unscathed other than,

you know, some minor damage. And it's been Yom Kippur, and I came down with a cold. I just feel

like there is so much craziness going on in the world. But I hope you guys enjoy this week's

episode. I have Mary Payne Gilbert on the

podcast from Pink Shade. She is incredible. If you guys have not listened to her podcast, please,

please do. She is a professional podcaster. That's literally what she does. And she is so good at it.

And given how bad my voice sounds right now, or at least how bad I think it sounds,

and given the fact that my dog Stasi has been hiding under the bed for the last 45 minutes

because I keep sneezing and she's afraid of sneezes, I'm just going to keep this really short.
