years. It's an awesome record. I really enjoyed it. Thanks for being here. How are you?

Thank you for having me. I'm doing great. Man, it's like so crazy to hear like seven years, like just there's something about that

number that like that doesn't feel real to me so and like there's like it's like

it's like been you know between us like well whenever we say it or in a situation like this and someone says

that my first reaction is always like no but yeah it's been that long there was a

but COVID years don't count, right? Yeah.

Like, you gotta, don't count those as full years.

True.

True. There, there's, man, I just realized yesterday, like there's like so much that I feel like I'm still

trying to shake off from that time, you know, just as far as like social

interactions and things like that. What a wild thing we went through.

Yeah, well this album like I said it's really great. I feel like the songwriting on it is really great and I know you were working on it going back to 2019.

Was there a conscious effort or decision

when you start writing this that you want it to be

a little bit different,

that you want to have a different approach to this one or no?

Well, I think that comes naturally. It's not something we really ever talk about.
