But we got a couple quick bits of news and notes before we hop into this

new episode. It is equal parts, a story about GLP1s and a mini dive into the MLM Nueva. But before we get

into that, like I said, I have some news. If you are in the defectfector support group on Facebook, you probably already saw,

or if you're still in a Lula Roo group, you probably saw as well. But Mark Stidum, the CEO of Lula Rowe,

passed away just recently. And this email went out, and I'm going to read it to you guys. It says,

Dear Lulow family, it is with heavy hearts and deep love that

we share the passing of our husband, father, co-founder, and beloved leader, Mark Stidem.

From the very beginning, Mark poured his heart into Lula Rowe, not just as a company, but as a

community and a mission. The foundation he and his deeply loved wife, Dian, built together,
