When this lady came in and we were sitting there, we're all our executives in a boardroom and

she's sitting to my right and and one of our guys like here's what we're hiring her because of this and very credible guy in our company and so here's she started talking about here's what I can do for you here's but and then the moment she got

into this is what you need this is what you need this is what you need. I said and she

said so here's what I can and I start asking all these questions and she

started kind of balking a bit and getting a little nervous

I said time out I said ma'am Hank tight you can sit in this room what you're going to be hearing about what we need

I said team we don't need her first she's. We have other issues to address before we hire her.

I thank you so much for your time. Can you give us a few minutes? Wait outside.

Now, pretty much verbatim, that's how a meeting went.

I had her step outside and I spoke to my crew and I said

look before we hire her there's a few issues we have before we hire a consultant

what is it? We don't even have a specific outcome of what we're trying to do before we hire this person.
