this case a couple months ago when I was in the medicine service and for me it was a really

great experience. So I'm sure you're going and for me it was a really great experience.

So I'm sure you're going to, you know, reflect on it and going to make me think again about it and it's going to be amazing. So let's get rolling. So this is the case of a 15-year-old girl

that presents with two months of diffuse abdominal pain. She also refers nausea and vomiting

that has led to a 10-kilow or 22-pound weight loss.

And she also refers a month before presentation

that she experienced this episode of sudden vision loss

that got better after one hour,

but she persisted with pluribision

that actually impaired her daily leaving.

And today, she had a tonic clonic seizure and went to another hospital, in a smaller hospital,

and was referred to us with a document. It was actually also like a note, only like a note,

stating that she had a status epilepticus in the other facility, a hypertensive crisis,

and was found to have a calcium of 16.

So she was referred to us for diagnostic and management.
