36-year-old Keith Johansson and his wife, 25-year-old Brandy Salenza, had fallen asleep on the

couch watching movies the night before. They might have slept even longer, but Brandy's six-year-old

in a hooded blanket with teddy bear ears. He sat at the table eating cereal while Brandy

brewed coffee nearby. Following breakfast, Brandy's son went into his bedroom to watch TV.
