In this innovative series consisting of multiple episodes, Dr. Tro highlights the power of metabolic health, nutrition, and community in the employee wellness space. Each episode tells the story of a different individual whose metabolic health has been drastically improved for the better by Dr. Tro's Employee Wellness Program.
This episode tells the story of Frank LaBiche—the HR Director at Laitram, a Louisiana-based manufacturing company. Frank approached Dr. Tro about bringing his Employee Wellness Program to the employees of Laitram. Frank has been at Laitram for 28 years—9 of those years as the Director of HR. As of 2 years ago, he has been working with Dr. Tro to improve employee metabolic health using low-carb dieting, community, and support. Addressing the root causes of disease with lifestyle intervention is not only good for individuals, but it is good for a company's productivity and success.
