But before we get into it, I want to talk about last week's episode and

address some comments and concerns that I received over the past week. First, I want to

apologize to anybody that felt unsafe listening to that episode. I know talking about toxic

diet culture and weight loss can be very triggering. And there were a few people that reached out and said they were

more triggered than expected. And I just wanted to apologize to anybody that felt that way.

I never want this place to feel unsafe. It is always a very open place to talk about our own journeys

and our experiences and to open up deeper conversations into that. And that's exactly kind of what happened.

There was a really great thread in the Facebook group where people were talking about how

they felt about the episode and some of the concerns they had based on what Alex had said

with her journey.

Really great conversations.

I was really happy to respond to people and talk to them one-on-one.

I'm really happy that this show

in the format makes people feel safe enough to speak out and say, hey, this episode upset me.

So I really wanted to address this and let everybody know that that is never my intention.

The intention was to start a conversation about GLP-1s and sort of the shady side of them.
