and obviously training is is better when you're in a group

as well you can drag each other out a bit and yeah we spoke about like briefly

earlier didn't we like how you know not only have we not been training in big groups because

of all the restrictions in place but a lot of the time over the past months we've actually

been like training literally on your own.
