this is the podcast where we talked to people for and or from the Midwest this week my

guest is pen holderness who you probably remember from the husbands of target video

also he was in the neighbors after quarantine video.

I want to begin by telling you a story.

And that story is about my New Year's resolution,

which is to go on a walk every day without my phone.

I mean, I can have my phone, you know, just in case I get like bit by a bear and need to call

someone to come help. But anyway, the thing is the phone should be in airplane mode or whatever

so why did I do that I did that resolution I think because you know I'm surrounded by screens all day and

my brain just goes like kind of nuts because it's just all, I think these screens are, it's part of the job.

I gotta have phones on and computers on, whatever, but it gets annoying.

So if I go for a walk, I can process information. I can like, I basically get bored when I go for a walk.

So I think about things that I only think about if I get bored, whether it be creative stuff or it's like, oh my gosh, I never paid that bill.

So I got to go on walks in order to basically function as a human.

So it's my resolution to do it every day and that got me going to different

places to walk because you know I get bored just walking around the neighborhood or whatever so I

went to this hunting land which my brother Andy actually found this year and I just went there to walk around

test out my new binoculars I got some some these nice cannon binoculars which are

pretty slick.

Got them with a coupon though, got a real steep discount.
