1:10.0	Hi. My question is, is I have had a pastor speak and on a few different occasions he's kind of talked about you know got his design us to be more social relational beings and you know he's kind of talked about you

1:36.9	experience introverted people are a little more judgment on in nature and so I don't want to judge that and I don't want to judge introverted

1:55.0	So my question being if you wanted to transition from the more ambiverted to the more extreme extroverted what is our ability to be able to
