| 1:41.4 | unemployment insurance benefits. There were three separate programs. Early in about 26 states versus |
| 1:48.8 | the other 24 states in district of Columbia that maintained participation in these federal expansion |

| 2:01.1 | expanded it during the pandemic making it much more generous to be off of work. And that's mostly |
