I think that's the whole point of the AG's indictment is to make a smear and a sweeping

indictment of anyone and everyone who's been involved in the resistance and with the

movement to stop cop city.

That is where we're at.

So you're completely correct.

People who have done things are speaking out.

People who potentially have made donations.

People in other cities who've done actions and protests to say that they don't support

the building of cop city.

After the ideas and theory of this particular indictment, everyone in us potentially can

be charged in this conspiracy for supporting the stopping of cop city.

And so we're reaching a very dangerous precedent where basically organizers and activists and

their activities are being criminalized to such an extent where everyone is at danger

merely for just speaking out against the activities or the building of this government facility

that no one asked for in the first place.

I'm really having trouble wrapping my head around this because I understand that there

have been criticisms of Rico generally for being overly broad and I am very much attuned

to those.

But it also seems that even if you accept the value of Rico in a mob prosecution context,

the underlying crime is doing mob activities.

It's selling drugs or murdering people or doing whatever like actual crimes on the books.

I'm just really struggling with how they are even framing.
