We are doing this format where each host, each co-host of the Happy Grant gets their own episode to be interviewed, to be questions.

And Ronald is the star today.

I haven't been, I've been devoting a lot of time to it.

I've been, I'm like you, T, I've been like you T I've been battling through some some gluminess and when I'm

glum I don't I kind of back off of the the social media a little bit I just don't have a lot of inspiration there for getting out there. So yeah, so I've been a little distant from it.
