Mark Milley, to resign. Major General Joe Arbuckle entered and the army is a private in 1969

after graduating from Western State College. Following completion of the officer,

candidate school is a combat engineer. He was deployed to be a nom of an infantry lieutenant.

He commanded units at every rank from Lieutenant to Major General including two combat commands

in Vietnam and Kuwait. He's received numerous awards and decorations including the defense

distinguished service model three bronze stars, one for valor, six legions of merit,

the Vietnamese cross of gallantry to two silver stars, the combat infantryman's badge and the

army parachute's badge. He is the founder and spokesperson of flag officers for America.

And I think their mission is very important. They say quote, we are retired military leaders

who pledge to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,

foreign and domestic. Although retired from active service, each of us feels bound by that oath
