Well, okay, so, but I do think people misunderstand how caffeine works, though.

Caffeine simply makes it impossible not impossible

it makes it harder for you to get sleepy it doesn't actually give you energy correct

yeah it changes your brain mechanism and what's going on up there right but the people oh there's

like a it's not like sugar yeah exactly and but people think that if i have caffeine then

then i'm like i'm boosted like my energy is up that that's not true that is totally placebo in fact

i remember back in the day we had a soda machine at my high school and it had surge, remember Serge?
