Hello and Alice so I've had a I've had a thing

do you remember it might have been at this time last year I talked on the show about my

ears going weird and I got horribly

dizzy and fell over. Yes you had the old vertical thing and just keep doing that

lying down and wobbling side to the side like a weevil. Lying down and

sitting up and lying down and sitting up and since that happened I've had

four occurrences of that since that happened and it's horrible it's absolutely

horribly distressing, awful.

Obviously I can't drive because you know if I'm going around a corner and that happened when it kills somebody.

It's just a distressing situation to be in, but it happened again a week or two ago and it was so severe

that I actually ended up like being sick being physically sick through how

dizzy I was blany through doing this and I had a situation where I was kind of sat on the side of the

bed like going don't be sick don't be sick don't be you know that feeling where you know you're

going to be sick and you just like don't be sick don't be sick I'm going to think my way out of being sick.

I do that all the time. Nicola just just leans into it and goes, uh, fuck it, I'm going to be sick and she'll just go and be sick.

And then you're like, oh, that was better. Whereas I'll be like, no, no, no, you're not going to be sick,

you're not going to be sick,

and I'll spend like an hour like that.
