I'm so happy to have you on the pod.

We just did our MacDrey episode last week. I loved your book.

Does he hasn't read it yet, but she loved the book cover.

Yes, it's a very pretty book and I listened to the episode you guys did. I heard you guys talking about

debating if I go by Donald or Donnie at the end of the episode. This is something that I also labored over.

I normally go by Donnie.

Everyone called me Donald Duck in middle school.

Oh my God.

I know it was traumatic, so I switched to Donnie.

Yeah.

At some point, you know, once I became like graduated school

and started writing, I was like,

I think Donald sounds more official.

I'm gonna try to keep a separation. and but now I'm kind of I'm

regretting it if I write fiction I'm going to go back to Donnie. I think it's like in the

great boy band tradition you got Donnie Wahlberg, Donnie Wood.

Absolutely. It's more, it's a better name.
