Barstle Sports and 3G and a very special Asoka recap of my mom's basement. And this is maybe

going to be the biggest Asoka recap because, oh my god, it is the most talked about episode of the

series so far written and directed by Dave Filoni is Robbie Fox, my co-host, Clem. Clem, we talked

with Dave last week on the 300th episode, a lot about this series and a lot about whether or not

it's translating and hitting for fans of the Clone Wars versus non-fans of the Clone Wars and Rebels

and the animated stuff. This episode pretty much a love letter, I think Jeff called it to the Clone

Wars and Rebels. We're going back, looking at actual experiences that these characters have

gone through in those shows, brought it to live action. For me, this was like a masterpiece,

obviously. And I'm not even the biggest Clone Wars fan out there, like I really enjoy the animated

stuff, but I'm not that die hard like this is Star Wars. I like it, but this was a masterpiece

of an episode for me. This combined with last week, I think is one of the best hours of Star Wars

you could get for you, a total non-Clon Wars fan. How did it hit? So it hit very well. I enjoyed it

a lot, especially like the first half or the flashback stuff and everything. I could tell

that you guys were going to like it more. I think the animated fans, the prequel fans,

I think that was going to be, like you said, almost a love letter. I also didn't realize

Philoni did everything in this episode, so going into it, it would have raised the stakes even

more. They put it in goddamn movie theaters. So I don't know how much more you're going to raise

the stakes. So I've said it basically throughout the season that I feel like I'm watching someone

else's show. Basically, it's like you guys have all the background and I'm kind of catching up.

But at the same point, this episode in particular, I know enough about the characters. I watched
