All right, folks, welcome back to another episode of the Human Performance Outliers podcast.

0:15.9

I'm your host, Zach Bitter.

0:17.6

And today I have a solo episode for you that we are going to dive in deep

0:24.6

into a specific topic. It loosely relates to training in the heat, but it's really a main

0:31.2

focus on hydration and electrolytes and kind of how to figure out if and what you need in those, or at least get started in

0:39.9

kind of personalizing that for your specific lifestyle and individual needs.

0:45.2

The interesting thing is we see a really wide range of things like sodium loss per person

0:51.3

at the individual level.

0:52.7

1:27.6

started for a fall winter race that you can use this in in those efforts.

1:33.6

Also a bit of an update as to what's coming.

1:37.7

I have a big a dose of interview podcast that will be coming up likely starting in the second

1:44.0

half of July and then

1:45.2

possibly leaking into a little bit of August. One of the reasons for that is I'm going to be

1:50.1

actually speaking at the Ketocon conference this weekend, which is Friday, Saturday, Sunday,

1:55.9

that second weekend in July. And I'm going to be doing a presentation on low carbohydrate nutrition

2:01.7

within endurance training.

2:03.7

So if you happen to be coming to Ketocan, definitely come check that out.
