Well, howdy, folks, it's good to be with you again here, listening to these six-year-old podcasts or five-year-old, I don't know, old, it seems, a long time ago. Episode 30, though, is a big deal for the Dice Tower podcast, because this was episode and I said I want to make this special

we're at the end of the year what can we do to make this podcast cool and I thought bringing in

other people onto the podcast this was something that I had toyed with you know a bit and some people

had said in audio contributions and we still got to the point where we had new segments.

Now, this actually changed a lot of the way I did things, and I learned a lot of lessons.

One, you've got to rein in contributors.

I know it sounds bad, but you have to make sure that they stay on a certain topic, a certain time limit.

And some people are just more interesting than others.

I mean, some people are probably listening to this right now saying, you're not one of them.

But I mean, I understand that some people just, when you put them in front of a microphone,

they're not that interesting.

Some people have to read everything.
