tell us about your best marathon time. Ah, well, yeah, so my best marathon time was a few years ago now

when I was a younger, lighter man.

But yeah, I ran a 249 at the Berlin Marathon in 2016, which is great.

It was, but I was in a bit of a career break that summer, so I was able to spend a lot of time at the track and less time chained to a desk.
