and Matt we have a lot to talk about today oh man we do have a lot we have a big announcement

that we'll start the show with and then like we always do we will take you around the league and we're

gonna do something today because of the we're recording this Tuesday morning the

trade deadline is going off like crazy right now in the NFL so you will leave the

the NFL side of that to Sima Leffco to talk about what we want to do is talk about how this is going to impact these teams when it comes to the off season. You know what does it mean about the draft? What does it mean about free agency? We'll give you our

college player to know this week. We have a great interview running back Christian

McCaffray of the Carolina Panthers. We're going to talk to him about

call of duty, talk to him about life in the NFL, talk about

Cam Newton, and then we're gonna do draft on draft

like we always do with Kennedy at the end of the show

where we get to answer your guys questions.

So it's gonna be a blast.

a lot to get to. It's probably, like you said, it's a little bittersweet that I'm not there
