Hi friends, welcome to episode three of the That Sounds Fun Podcast. I'm your host,

Annie F. Downs. Happy 2015. I'm so excited that you're here. I'm excited I'm here. I'm

really looking forward to 2015. I am an odd number kind of gal and I turned 35 this year,

which is really fun to me. And I, in general, tend to really enjoy odd number of years. So, here's

to 2015. I think it'll be fun. Starting out our show is my buddy Drew Holcomb singing one of my

very favorite songs called Fire and Dynamite. He has a new record coming out this year that you guys

are going to absolutely love. So I'll be sure to tell you about it when that happens. So tell me,

how you spent your winter break. What did you do over Christmas and New Year's? So I'll give you

a second answer. So here's what I did. I hung out with my family. I hung out with some friends.

It was really great. And I laid on the mic out and watched a Netflix show. I wonder if you've seen

it. It's called The Paradise. It's like Downton Abbey except instead of being set in a home, it's

set in a department store. It's awesome. You like watch the people who work there. You watch the

people who live around it and shop there. I mean, it's great. And it's only two seasons. I kind of

feel intimidated when someone tells me to watch a Netflix show that is like nine seasons long. I

feel like I'm about to spend the next year of my life watching television. And while that may

still be true, I don't want to know it from the outset. So The Paradise. I would love for you to

watch it and tell me what you think. So with it being a new year and all, I have decided to pick a

word for the year. I don't do this every year. But the last year I picked love this year, I decided

and felt kind of push to pick the word Sabbath. And I thought it'd be interesting today when my

assistant Sarah came into work. If we kind of sat down and talked a little bit about what words

we pick for the year and why we picked them. Sarah is a dear friend of mine as well as my assistant.
