Hi guys, and welcome back to style your mind. This is your host, Carol Al-Labob. So our last

episode, Episode 2, Ask Me Anything, was super popular. And I think it's because anytime that I share

something that I've gone through or, you know, my own personal experiences,

it seems like that resonates the most with you guys. And I feel the same way. I know when I hear,
