Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to episode three of the Reformed Pubcast.

0:20.4

This is our super spooky Halloween episode.

0:27.6

Unless you're one of those Christians that believes that Halloween, unless you believe that Halloween is the birth of Satan himself, in which, you know, we're not celebrating Halloween at all, we're celebrating Reformation Day, which is in 1517 Martin Luther nailed the 95 Theses to the Castle Wittenburg, the Castle Church door in Wittenburg, and that's what we're doing.

0:49.6

We're celebrating Reformation Day. We're going to do something different for Reformation Day. We're going to talk about Reformed Theology and Drink Beer.

0:58.6

Heck yeah, we're going to mix it up a little bit. Totally different. I'm less hashtag golf and alcohol don't mix, and that's why I don't drink and drive.

1:10.6

And I'm Tanner hashtag more lens flare than JJ Abrams lens flares hitting me were hitting me were accounts that hurts you so many lens flares.

1:21.6

So Tanner, I went on a instant. Okay, so we're going to a sports gaming company, but I personally am not into sports at all.

1:31.6

So I'm a graphic designer and as I'm making like graphics and listening to my podcasts while I, while I make my graphics.

1:38.6

I like stop every once in a while, take my headphones off and have to yell out to the room full of sports people in this, this company I work for and be like, what is any position in the sport of hockey?

1:51.6

Because I don't know anything about any sport at all. But this past Friday, we ended up going out on a golf outing instead of going, instead of going into work, I got to go into a golf course.

2:06.6

It was the most beautiful golf course I've ever seen the most beautiful clubhouse I've ever seen in my life. It was so like classy and we were all by ourselves.

2:17.6

And I was on a team of, so the way it worked is it was a tournament and they broke us up into teams. And so I was on a team with three other people and one of the people that I work with is he's currently a salesman for the company I work for, but he used to be full on golf pro that until like last year was on the PGA tour.

2:41.6

This guy knows Tiger Woods, like he, he actually was on these tours that you watch on TV. And so, so basically.

2:51.6

So that must have been a lot of fun golfing with him. It was crazy. Like I was watching a golf pro, be a golf pro in front of my eyes. And we, we, the way it worked was whoever shot the best on our team, you go to wherever they're ball lands.

3:07.6

So I got to like ghost play as if I were a golf pro, he would hit it way further than all of us. And then we would just go to wherever his ball was. And then I got to put it in from the green where he landed it. It was actually pretty crazy.

3:22.6

Like I've only played golf maybe like less than a dozen times in my life. And this was just so much fun.

3:30.6

Was he cool about it or was he like cool back guy? No, no, no, he was super humble. And he was basically like saying that he sucked and everything we killed everyone else in the in this tournament. We won.

3:40.6

And then we got this qualified because the owner of the company said, well, you're just qualified because you have a golf pro on your team.

3:48.6

Well, as if we didn't know that exactly. So anyways, but on the ninth hole, we stopped into the clubhouse to get some beers. And I drugged. I drank some Stella, our twa very, very clubhouse.

4:02.6

Oh, it was so, but they gave it to us and styrofoam cups and we drank. It was still awesome. So that's a shout out to Liz Brasher who recommended Stella, our twa.

4:14.6

I had some of that on Friday. It was great. You guys didn't drink on the course at all. No, we did. We as we're driving on our golf carts. We had we had the Stella in the Gulf for the Stella.

4:24.6

But so my hashtag is galt golf and alcohol don't mix. That's why I don't drink and drive. Although I actually was drinking and driving golf balls. But for those in the know, that's a reference to the greatest pun pun advocates in the popular music world.
