Hello everyone, welcome to the Stephen King cast, One Man's Musings on the Works of Stephen King.

Each week, I will review one entry in the bibliography of Stephen King and the chronological order of publication.

I'm not doing that this week.

This week, what I'm going to be doing is I am going to be sharing some of my favorite book and author recommendations from the last year

to help just spread the word on the enjoyment that I have had and these authors that I have

discovered. I've done this before. I've done other horror recommendations throughout the years,

and so whenever I can use this podcast as a platform to showcase and highlight

authors that I have experienced, I want to be able to share that. So for those of you who

may be familiar with some of these authors or these books, and that's great. You get to hear me

talk about it a little bit. But it's my hope that's great you get to hear me talk about a little bit but it's my hope that

maybe I am helping to have you discover someone that you haven't experienced yet before because

if you are anything like me if you're around my age being able to find something new that you haven't

already familiarized yourself with or know about, it's a really rare treasure.

So I have been fortunate enough this past year to be able to experience a lot of new authors that I have not had the pleasure

of getting to know before and to have had really enjoyable experiences with their works of

fiction that I wanted to talk about. But up first, I wanted to just say hello. Hello, everyone. Happy holidays.
