Well, first of all, it's a treat for me to be talking to you. As soon as they said your name,

it's very interesting when people who are already have a public life choose to write a book

because so much of your story, we can see so much by googling, right? And just by living on the

planet, the last 20 years of you being a public person is man. Why go deeper into a book? Why not

let it go, especially about depression? Why did it have to be a book? Because I was already

talking about it since like 2012. And then when so much of my life was public in 2018, I was like,
