Now let's get to the show. Here's your host, Melanie Mitro. Well, hey, everybody. It is Melanie

Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast. And I'm excited you're here today. I hope you are

having a great start to the month of June. I know this is my boys. This is their first full week

of summer break. And we're adjusting to a new routine.

We'll see how it goes.

I feel like the first week of anything, motivation is high and everybody's just excited to be off

and then sort of after week one we fall into a routine.

So I have printed off my work schedule because my boys are old

enough to understand when mom is working, when she's on a call, when they can and can't interrupt.

That doesn't always mean that they abide by it. But I basically hung my, I hung my calendar on the

refrigerator and said, if you need a ride

somewhere, it needs to go between my one-on-ones or my calls that I have.

So we'll see how this goes.

They have big ambitions of waking up, getting their workouts in, getting their chores

done, and then hanging out with their friends.
