Well, hey, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast. And we're back for another episode. It is the last week of May. And gosh,

May has been wild. I need to put a reminder in my calendar to not schedule a lot of additional

business tasks or big goals or launches during the month of May because we as moms are really,

really busy. And you might be feeling the same way right now, too, with end of year talent shows and

field trips and ceremonies and graduations and honors society events. And so life is just insane

for me in this season with two teenage boys who also are busy. We are in our travel basketball season. We call that

AAU. And so it just has been nuts every weekend. We've been on the go. And we're kind of

sliding into summer here. And for us, this is the first summer. We do not have travel baseball.

So I am slightly geeking out. Some parents might be

mourning the loss of baseball season, if that's a sport you really love. But fun fact about me,

I grew up in a household where my brother and my dad, my dad coached baseball, my brother played

baseball all the way through college. And so my entire

childhood was spent at a ball field for tournaments. And so when my kids started playing baseball,

as much as I supported them and put a smile on my face in the back of my mind, I don't really
