Imperial Yeast is added again with their Imperialist project, creating yet another unique proprietary

strain through the hybridization of two other yeasts.

In addition to its excellent attenuation and rapid reduction of diacetyl, I-10 Mangostini

contributes robust, ripe, tropical fruit, strawberry, and lychee notes to beer that

complement modern hops.

And as a Kovike hybrid, it can be fermented anywhere from 78 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

That's 26 to 32 degrees Celsius without issue.

This is episode 298, which means our 300th episode is right around the corner.

As all of our regular listeners know, every 10th episode of this show is a Brunei where

we answer a handful of questions that listeners have submitted over our last 10 episodes or

so.

Now, seeing as we started this series early on, episode 300 should be our 30th Brunei, however.

We opted to do something fun with Jersey and Tim to celebrate our 100th episode, which

put us behind by one episode since that point.

Now, why does this matter?

Well, it really doesn't, but does anyone who knows me can attest I'm pretty neurotic and

not having that 30th Brunei line up with episode 300 just kind of hurts my brain.

The fix, we're just going to throw in an extra Brunei into the mix.
