And there's a lot of people concerned about their jobs,

as they should be, because what he's doing to some programs is pretty unfair, pretty unfortunate.

To marginalize people. But then there's idiots like me who actually have a job that he really enjoys,

and I really enjoy the people that I work with. And Alex and Reggie, I think, damn, if I say it, I gotta go through it. You're already intro to you got to say it. Yeah, you're already there, dog. I think it's time I leave corporate America. Guys, to translate that, that intro, he's quitting his job. Now, he's been telling us behind the scenes that he's been thinking about this. I've been struggling. Yeah, I could tell. Break the reasoning down for us, please. I don't have the bandwidth to do all the things that I'm trying to do. And I think it's now and ever personally. And then also I keep seeing like the algorithm. You know how they always read your mind and shit. Oh, are you seeing motivational content and shit? I always see that, but I'll quit your job. Yeah, exactly. Yes, you. You'll find money. Yeah. It's just one of those ways. It's like you've got to take a leap of faith. And I think I'm at that point of my life where and hopefully anybody who works for me doesn't listen to this podcast.

Even if they do, they won't have a say because they're not your co-worker anymore. They just spit their call. But I liked them. Y'all met them. They were cool. No, yeah, they came to the mixer. Like, yeah. Mixer, the Signal Awards. Like, I, like, I really enjoy what I do and the people I work with. But yeah, I feel restricted.

I feel like I'm in that chapter that phase where it's time for me to really, like, if, if we are going to do this the way that we want to do this, there's going to be certain sacrifices at certain stages in all of our lives. I won't say when I was interviewing for jobs, but I have turned down jobs because the hours would be like, oh, entertainment editor hours from like noon to 8 p.m. every day. I'm like, I can't do that. Can we move it? And they're like, we can't. I'm like, oh, entertainment editor, hours from like noon to 8 p.m. every day.

I'm like, I can't do that. Can we move it? And they're like, we can't? I'm sorry. I can't do it. I just can't do it. And I didn't even know that you sacrificed those type of opportunities.
