I am filling in for Brad on this

fine July 4th as he takes a well-deserved weekend off from lots of Hawks coverage to doing this

podcast on a weekly basis. The man needed a break. And frankly, Scott and I demanded that he'd take a

break. So we decided to get together. Scott, how are you, my man? I'm good, Eric. Happy fourth to everybody out there. I hope everybody's enjoying the holiday weekend.

And good to be on with you. It's funny when we were talking about this podcast a little bit earlier this week,

it seemed like all the stars were finally aligning to finally break 500 and seem like the Braves had finally turned a corner.

And then, of course, we know what happened this weekend against the Marlins, too,

just really tough losses.

And as we've said a few times, I think the theme of this podcast this year has been Groundhog Day.
