What's Good with me is actually related back to this very podcast and that

producer Marissa shared with us one of our listeners Darcy from Denver

emailed us to say that she started volunteering for her

city's film festival because of our very podcast and that she had a great time

and saw a couple movies with it.

And when I tell you that like, literally,

that is one of my reasons for being.

Like that is, film festivals are obviously

near and dear to my heart,

but so much beyond just the curatorial element

is a sense of community and a sense of exploration

and discovery and the idea that so many towns and regions have film festivals with people who care and

know those people who live there and are bringing them films they may not see
