And away we go, episode 291 of the Algoldi podcast, it is Wednesday, April 13th, 2022.

0:29.9

As this week, rather quickly, has become a week in which the futures of ownerships in Washington,

0:40.2

DC sports are in question. Like maybe never before. We on Monday had the big news that the

0:47.2

learners are open to selling the nationals. And to me, the correct interpretation of that

0:54.2

news is that the learners are wanting to sell the nats. They are for sale. We'll see what

1:00.1

happens, but the nats are for sale. And then on Tuesday, we got the big news that Congresses,

1:09.2

House Committee on Oversight and Reform, which is the committee that has been investigating the

1:15.9

commanders in regards to their workplace misconduct scandal and now financial scandal sent a letter

1:25.5

to the Federal Trade Commission with torrid details of the alleged financial impropriety by the

1:36.2

commanders. Now, perhaps the details are in true. But if they are true, this may well be it

1:49.4

for Dan Snyder as owner of the commanders. These details feature the commanders allegedly having

feature Dan Snyder allegedly having known about this stuff and having in fact ordered this stuff.

2:19.0

Now again, we don't know if all of this is true. There's a lot of back and forth right now.

2:26.6

The credibility of the whistleblower in the financial scandal for the commanders. This guy Jason

2:33.6

Friedman has been called into question. Maybe he's wrong and or lying. But maybe he's right and

2:44.4

is telling the truth. Maybe Jason Friedman to Congress has been dropping truth like it's going

2:51.5

at a style and maybe just maybe the end of Dan Snyder as owner of the commanders is actually

3:02.3

finally coming. Next segment, my analysis of the letter and what this all could mean for Dan Snyder,

3:12.6

the commanders and you and me as fans of the team. Also on the show, a special guest commanders

3:21.3

insider, Ben standing of the athletic DC. We're going to evaluate the state of the commanders roster

3:29.2

as we're getting closer to the 2022 NFL draft, which will begin on April 28th and honest
