Last night was my was was a birthday party so I of course went out to a birthday party had not actually not that much to drink

but I don't really drink much anymore

but I except for me yeah course. Whenever we drink together it is like I'm actively trying to murder my organs with with street food and Guinness. But I did steal quite a few cigarettes from a friend of the

show and a guest over on the history of Armenia sub-series Neil Howard who came and visited and then this I could not

sleep because when I drink I cannot sleep even if I if I have more than two beers

I'm sleeping at most three hours right so I've been up since like five six

am something like that and I'm like well fuck it I'm up early I'm gonna go the gym
