Hello, everyone, and welcome back to the podcast. Today's episode is episode 29, and it will be followed

0:28.0

with simultaneous publication of episode 30, which is a continuation of the same topic. Sorry,

0:34.7

everyone. I know I promised that episode 30 would be the beginning of the Grassy Knoll series,

0:40.8

but there was still too much to cover related to the schoolbook depository shots. So,

0:47.3

episode 31 is now where we will commence covering the Grassy Knoll and the general idea that

0:53.3

other shots came from locations other than

0:56.3

the schoolbook depository. So back to where we are now in the series. Over these next two episodes,

1:04.1

29 and 30, we'll explore the remaining few witnesses in Dealey Plaza that saw a gunman in the window of the depository.

1:13.6

Today in episode 29, we cover Amos Lee Ewens, and in episode 30, we'll cover James Whirl

1:22.8

and Ronald Fisher and Robert Edwin Edwards,

1:30.1

and also the inmates at the jail.

1:57.2

2:11.5

this ramble? Well, as we were finishing up episode 28, when I was pondering the idea that there were over 300 possible

2:21.3

witnesses to the things we were talking about in that episode. In other words, at the end of the

2:27.8

parade, Dealey Plaza was basically the end of the line, and there were massive crowds all along the way that day,

2:36.5

but Dealey was the last little bit. And it was big enough still, 300 or so people there on that

2:43.9

day in that little enclave, and yet only three people came forward to say that they had seen it.

2:52.3

That is, only three people who saw two people in the window or windows at the

2:58.3

depository with a gun.
