I'm Molly and I'm Matthew and this is spilled milk the show where we usually cook

something delicious eat it all and you can't have any.

But today we're celebrating a historical event in the history of this show, in the history of food,

in the history of humanity.

It's a big anniversary for us all. I'm going to try and keep it together here.

We've been doing this show now for one year. Wow, did you just hear Matthew's voice crack a little bit?

He's really emotional. Do you know how many how many shows don't make

it to the first year how many restaurants how many humans? I guess we shouldn't

bring up then the fact that we're almost entirely

self-funded and self-produced. And like it hardly costs us any money to make the show

either than the cost of like Cheetos and ice cream and the occasional burger fuel yeah yeah you just let me microwave some soup so I guess I should pay you for the electricity that's right that's right yeah that's that's two point8 cents of microwave services.

I will send you an invoice for that.

Anyway.

I mean, when we started this show, did you have any idea of all of the things we would accomplish in our first year?

Oh, the places we've gone.

Yeah, I mean we took field trips, at least two field trips?

We did. We took a meat field trip for Burger Meat. And we took a meat field trip for burger meat and we took a field trip across Lake

Washington again. Wow to go get some puffy snacks. We went to the other side of

the pond. We went We took a study abroad.

Yeah, yeah if you consider the east side to be abroad. Yeah, some people do.
