I'm Brian Tom, and you know, we're going to talk about something today that you're going to have to put your little aggressive cap on if you're going to hang in here.

Because we're going to talk about something you probably don't want to talk about.

You probably don't.

But even before I tell you what it is, I'm going to say, hey, if you are starting to buy into the idea that you've got to push on things that you don't like, if you're starting to buy in on the idea that just taking the path of least resistance is not the best path,

if you're starting to buy in on the idea that some of the best, most meaningful, most helpful

things in life are things that are difficult, that you've got to aggressively push forward.

If you're starting to see any light that I'm trying to shine in those corners of your life,

they're going to have to trust me on this one.

We're going to talk about race today.

No, not racing.

Especially I lose foot races to everybody, everybody.

Especially insert stereotypical bad comment there.

Yeah, whenever we talk about race, someone gets hurt, someone's upset.

This is a conversation that is fraught with difficulty.

This is a topic that our country is historically sucky at.
