0:04.6

I recently was getting comments and things like that from people because, again, I am a,

0:11.6

I'm an advocate of drilling. Now again, drilling takes a lot of different forms. I will do

0:17.2

repetitions of a technique. And then again, it graduates into active resistance and things like that.

0:23.4

And so again, I was talking about something in a video and someone was like, basically

0:27.4

posted up his name.

0:28.9

And I hadn't heard of him.

0:30.1

So I was like, let's get this guy on the podcast and let's talk him out because I was watching

0:33.5

some of the stuff.

0:34.1

martial art versus this martial art. And they'll say, well, this martial art has nothing to offer me. You know, it'll be this martial art versus this martial art. And they'll say, well, this martial

1:12.7

art has nothing to offer me. You know, like when the UFC came out, this jitzu stuff, that has

1:17.4

nothing to offer me. I'm a karate guy. Well, Blurnet wasn't right, right? Or then there's even like

1:23.3

in a lot of kickboxing, like boxing and moitai. Ah, this old school traditional kickboxing or taekwondo or karate, they have nothing to offer me.

1:31.1

And then you see these karate guys coming in and doing some work, right?

1:33.9
