The Hello my friends and welcome back to PlayStation blogcast on today's show we have the new release highlights for next week

am one of your hosts Ryan Clement's joined by Justin Massingale well hello Ryan and Kristen Titus and we are recording from PlayStation headquarters in California. It's good to have you all along for the program.

We'll start with the beginning, as we always do.

The new release highlights for next week the content and details may change without notice.

Now ladies and gentlemen, there's a big one on this list and when I say a big

one I mean that there are giant towering ogers in the game and that you fight them.

So... And the game is owl boy.

I'm kidding.

The game, I'm starting with Extinction, which is coming to PS4 on digital and retail.

I would say that it is safe to draw a comparison line between

this game and attack on Titan in terms of a highly versatile warrior fighting

gigantic enemies in destructible environments.

That's the vibe that I got.

Although certainly,

extinction kind of offers a more colorful cartoon inspired painterly inspired visual aesthetic

We had a great post about this game go live a few weeks ago a couple weeks ago on

PlayStation blog where they talked about how they created the music for it.

They have this a long time like award-winning cellist who recorded a lot of the music for it and it's actually really enlightening

video I would recommend going to check it out if you have any love for music and video games

which I certainly do.

You often listen to that video game music.
