than 25 years. While returning home from a business trip from Mexico, he was detained over

misdemeanor charges from 21 years ago that were fully adjudicated decades ago. Since then, he's been transferred between facilities without warning,

had court dates pushed, and continues to sit with no clear resolution in sight.
