So welcome folks to today's episode, trying to get back in the swing of things after kind of being all over the place and taking a break somewhat here and there and the holidays and everything.

So hopefully the holidays were good to you and good for you.

I know that for me I had the opportunity to really reset and refresh and I'm feeling, feeling great.

So hopefully I don't get any comments about Riley, you look or sound really tired because I feel awesome.

Although my legs are sore after hiking in the mountains for like four days.

I'm not going to make any comments about how awesome you look.

So I'm just going to leave myself out of that.

Well, the last episode, Matthew and I recorded somebody's like, you guys look really tired.

It was 1 a.m., bro.

But I felt really good then, too. I don't know. I was like, do I really look that tired? I don't know.
