Very rarely do I put out two episodes in a single day, but today I'm going to do it.

Now, you know I don't try to keep up

with all the goings on in the JFK Records world. There's a lot happening right now, and there's

so many places to go and get most of the time better information than what I might be able to

provide you secondhand, so I don't even make an attempt at doing that. But in the last day or so,

something interesting has happened. I think it's important enough to report on here at JFK,

the Enduring Secret. As you know, there has been ongoing litigation between the Mary Farrell Foundation

and NARA. Just a couple of days ago, they issued a joint status report. I filed it in the U.S. Aero Foundation and NARA. Just a couple of days ago, they issued a joint status report.

I filed it in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

On January 23rd, President Trump issued an executive order that was entitled Declassification of Records

concerning the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy,

Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. In light of this executive order,

the court stayed all proceedings in the case and vacated the briefing schedule for NARA's motion

for partial summary judgment. Since the executive order,

NARA has released previously withheld records that are part of the President John F. Kennedy

assassination records collection, as well as records transferred by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
