Summary

On August 29, 2021, police respond to a 911 call from a home in Peoria, Arizona. Inside the residence, they find a 33-year-old nurse unresponsive on the floor of the bedroom, her estranged husband frantically attempting CPR, and his mother also present. He tells first responders the couple had been out drinking earlier in the evening, and his wife stopped breathing after being put in the shower. It all appears to be a terrible case of accidental death for the mother of two. But when paramedics observe injuries to the victim inconsistent with her husband’s account, things start to unravel, and law enforcement learns that all was not well within the couple’s marriage. In episode 283, Jac and Alexis detail the tragic mysterious death of Leanne Irene Davidson, the questions that linger around the circumstances, and why Leanne’s loved ones are not giving up until they find justice.
