There are a lot of reasons why we don't rest. And there are all kinds of reasons, or excuses rather, that we tell ourselves so we don't stop to take break. I'm going to call you out on this today and remind you why you do need to rest. I love you so much, but you know I'm always going to tell you the truth. Not resting might be keeping your business small and I want to talk about this on today's episode.
