Today I'm flying solo, and today's going to be a little different episode than usual.

So, yeah, I hope you enjoy a little bit change in a format. Much of it is out of necessity.

Recently, we've had to go through quite a big change for our company. I'm excited to finally

tell you about this. Maybe I've hinted at something in a recent episode. I don't recall exactly,

but we recently learned that we had to move our shipping and fulfillment operations for the

entire business from Utah, where we had it subcontracted

to bring that in house here in the Denver, Colorado area.

And the last couple weeks have just been really hectic getting that accomplished, finding

an office slash warehouse space that the shipping fulfillment could operate out of getting that all locked down,

making plans and arrangements to go over to Utah with a big enough trailer, which fortunately

mine was. We weren't sure though when we headed over there. But getting over there and getting

everything organized and sorted and loaded up into the truck and into the trailer and bringing that

all back across the Rocky Mountains and into Denver. It's been a wild ride. Exciting times for

sure. And of course, all this happening right on top of Christmas and a holiday season and all.

So I apologize that we've kind of almost like taken an unofficial break from the

podcast. It was not really intended to happen. It's just that things got really crazy, really fast.

And the best part of all is that our business will be better and stronger and faster because

of this forced change where now we control some variables of our business that previously we

didn't really have as good of control over as far as our shipping times and in customer service
