All right, so today we're going to talk a little bit about leadership.

I wanted to trade some leadership in the military.

That trade's one of the things we learned very, very early on.

As leaders in the military is to give what we call Commander-in-Tent, right?

A broad-based description of the end state and let the boys go do what the boys do.

Because good leaders don't micromanage every process.

They give broad-based, like I said, guidance.

They give their end state and they say, all right, boom, accomplish the mission.

So I assume this is stuff.

I mean, you've dealt with this whole career.

When you're working at the Camps career course, I'm sure it has come up a lot.

Because it's a big, I'm sure of that.
